This area is used as a short cut by the clients in St Michaels and their carers and is presenting a serious health and safety risk to their well being. That the Manager reviews the condition of the public realm on the Brookfield Road and arranges without delay to carry out any upgrading necessary to bring it to a standard that would be acceptable in any other part of the county.

"To ask this Committee supports the removal of the "Libertas" political poster at the top of "The Dip" near Greenpark on the Greenhills Road; and that the Council contact the "Libertas" organisation to ensure they bear the brunt of any costs or fines for this poster and cable ties nearby remaining in place."
3. Greater Dublin Drainage update
