QUESTION: Councillor W. Lavelle

"To ask the Manager for an update on the assessment and processing of legal documentation received relating to the taking-in-charge of open space at the access road to Rossberry, Tullyhall & Haydens Park estate; and to further ask if this area can be added to the grass-cutting rota?"

REPLY:

The legal documentation in relation to the taking in charge of the area concerned is currently being examined.  The inclusion of this area in the grass cutting schedule is subject to the legal documentation being in order.  The Elected Members will be updated on progress in the matter. In the meantime, the developer is responsible for the maintenace of the areas until such time as it is taken in charge by the Council.
