That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the immediate inspection and repair of the footpath at the entrance to St Michaels House as you turn onto the walkway from Rossmore. The gradient is causing extreme hardship for the clients of the facility and their carers as it is very difficult for wheel chair users.

In light of the approval by An Bord Pleanála of the Proposed Lidl store in Ballycullen, this Council will arrange to have traffic management measures in place to attenuate the anticipated impact on traffic through Beechdale Estate. As agreed in motions of previous meetings of this Committee, this Council is committed to fully consulting the residents of Beechdale on the nature of such measures.
