"To ask the Manager if there is a maintenance programme/budget each year for repair/resurfacing of speed ramps: A number of repairs have been carried out which are very satisfactory. But we still have residents complaining about the ramps on Willow Bank Drive, these are deteriorating on the eastern side opposite the houses. The ramp at the junction of Marian Road and Orchardstown Ave is in need of urgent repairs also."

You might recall that it has been reported over the course of the last year or more the flooding of the footpath along Marian Road near the park wall. During episodes of heavy rain pedestrians are forced off the path to avoid the flooding. Please can you inspect and report back as to the cause of the flooding, a likely solution and confirmation as to when the work will be done."
