"That this Committee, noting correspondence re. Kishogue Station under Headed Item Cor (1) at the January 2014 meeting of the Lucan AC, particularly the letter C1)(b)(iii) from David Franks of Irish Rail, requests the Manager to write to Irish Rail and the National Transport Authority, urging both organizations to seek an allocation of finance in the 2015 Budget, to complete works and open Kishogue Station in 2015, and that the Manager makes a case for the opening on the station based on the existing population in the area, the opening in September 2014 of Kishogue Community College, the fact that many students of Adamstown Community College live close to Kishogue Station and the upward trends in economic activity and residents gaining employment."

"That this Committee condemns the manner in which Dublin Cemeteries are treating the families who have loved ones buried in Palmerstown Cemetery by taking over the Car Park for burial plots, by expecting motorists to drive through and park beside the burial plots and by introducing a charge of two euro per car entering the cemetery. This Committee requests that the Manager write to Dublin Cemeteries expressing our rejection of these arrangements and charges and asking that Dublin Cemeteries meet a delegation of elected members from this Committee to seek a resolution to the problems that have arisen."
