That this Committee calls on the Manager to arrange for the reinstatement of the concrete barrier at Bawnlea Crescent that was moved to allow flood water to escape into Whitestown Stream during the floods of October 2011. The gap in the barrier is being used by joyriders to access the lands adjacent to the river and putting children and walkers at risk along Dromcarra and Bawnlea.

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to carry out an assessment of those people tenanted by Sophia Housing in Russell Square to establish if all Sophia tenants continue to require this form of transitional Housing and the supports associated with it. If it is established that there are those not in need of these supports anymore, that they be re-housed in standard accommodation and those in need of additional supports housed within the Sophia homes".

Cut back shrubbery at ESB sub-station and have dressing rooms painted

"To ask the manager to arrange to have the bin at the back of Bishop Galvin NS, at the roundabout beside Templeogue Lodge and Domville emptied on a more regular basis. This bin is frequently used by dog walkers to dispose of their doggy poo bags.
