Is there provision for a cycle path in the current works from the monastery Walk to the village?

"A group of Clondalkin residents wish to establish a housing co operative type arrangement for people who have Irish as their first language.  There is a good example of this type of co operative in Belfast where the Gaeltacht in the city is going into it's third generation.  What advice would the council give in terms of planning, building etc?"
