The availability of defibrillators in our Community provide undisputed benefits and generally are provided through fundraising through sport clubs and other voluntary organisation. The introduction of signs identifying the location of defibrillators would greatly increase the likelihood of that they would be used effectively and quickly in case of an emergency. The erection of signage would also help identify areas which lack sufficient numbers of defibrillators.
