"That this area committee agrees that the Council should reconvene the Halloween Working Group and to invite all the relevant stakeholders to attend as soon as possible."

"This committee agrees that the Council reinforce the wall at St Cuthbert's Park at the following locations:
Junction of Deansrath Green and Park
Junction of Melrose Green and Park
These two areas have been damaged to allow ease of access to the park for cars/bikes etc. and it is having a detrimental impact on the residents who live in this area."
"To ask the Chief Executive to note the disappointment of residents in North Clondalkin in not having any Dublin Canvas Projects awarded in their area and to ask what process can be used for this to happen?"
"This Area Committee agrees to write to the Minister for Finance to ask him what safeguards he is putting in place to protect vital community based projects from crippling rising insurance costs. One such Community based project in Clondalkin seen their insurance costs increase from €2900 in 2014 to €14758 in 2018."
"To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the progress of the agreed energy upgrade including insulation works that are to be carried out in Shancastle and Old Tower in 2018?
"That this Committee agrees that for Clondalkin Tree Maintenance Programme 2019 that North Clondalkin accounts for 50% of the estates."
"This area committee agrees that the Council contact the ESB in relation to the intermittent power shortages in Harelawn and to ask the ESB to deliver a long term solution to this problem."

"This Committee asks that during development at Mayfield Park, every effort should be made to ensure that the eco system of the Camac River is not negatively impacted and that the opportunity might be taken to tidy up this area of the river by putting the water and waste pipes which cross the river at this location underground."

"This committee welcomes the plan to build apartments for older people at the Clondalkin Paper Mills Pitch and Putt site on Nangor Road, Clondalkin, but asks that the development be conducted in a way that is in keeping with the Historic Centre of the village which is it so close to and that the development be sensitive to the River Camac which is adjacent to the site."

"This committee commends the organisers of this Summer's South Dublin 10k and all who took part in the race. The course was a showcase for the excellent work of the council in this area, taking runners through Corkagh Park, past the Round Tower and through our historic village and along the canal path. It was very well organised and a very successful event. This committee calls for the event to be made an annual one."

"This Committee welcomes the commencement of work on the North Clondalkin Library, looks forward to the opening of the Library and commends all those who have worked so hard to get the project to this stage."
