That the Chief Executive, in line with the objective written into the Six Year Roads Programme, and noting with regret the total lack of interest currently by the Government and its agencies in dealing with future additional traffic issues caused by the new children's hospital, draws up detailed and costed plans for a grade separated junction at the Kennelsfort Road/R148 interchange in Palmerstown, so as to be prepared should the local authority budget for such a venture and also to encourage more discussion with other parties in a position to fund same.
To ask the Chief Executive to report on future plans for the upgrade of Glenaulin Park and if a statement can be made on the matter.
To ask the Chief Executive for a full report of the requested investigation into the impact of development work in the Adamstown SDZ on the Tobermaclugg stream in the vicinity of Airlie Park; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the recent court hearing in relation to the unauthorised encampment beside Foxborough as well as actions being taken in relation to ongoing complaints about reported burning at this location.
That the Chief Executive reports on outstanding delays or glitches in the "Have Your Say - 300k" process for Palmerstown and Lucan, including the Silver Bridge (delayed but imminent consultant appointment), King John Bridge (delay for root treatment) and the rollout of books (in intermittently accessible locations) and outlines what practical measures can be implemented to speed up these projects in line with the desire expressed by local communities.
That this Area Committee identifies and gives outline commitment to providing a suitable long-term location for Esker Boxing Club (eg Lucan Sports and Leisure Centre building) as this important community sporting group is coming to the end of its current lease and has ongoing problems with finding affordable accommodation and a suitable location to store its equipment on a long term basis.
To ask the Chief Executive if the expenditure on the Have Your Say Mini Libraries can be revisited, as many residents have expressed the view that it was their understanding that it would involve outdoor libraries that any member of the public could access. Would the Council consider sourcing an old Phone Box and placing it at a location where there was footfall but that it was also overlooked from a security point of view and using that for a mini library project, and that examples elsewhere of such libraries could be looked at and a trial carried out, based on any unspent monies in this year's budget or an additional sum being ring fenced in next year's Council budget.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update in relation to Lucan Swimming Pool and planned steps and timescale for completion of the building project
To ask for an update in relation to the assessment of King John's Bridge and the making of a plan of works to conserve the bridge, and would it be possible to brief councillors at some stage on site, or at an area committee by the team tasked with conservation, so that councillors can be fully informed to them to update residents?

That this Area Committee, in view of the numerous complaints from school management, parents and local residents regarding Anti Social activities at the bridge and pathway at the rear of Scoil Aonghusa, Castle Park, including the daily selling and storing of illegal drugs, the bonfires of stolen household rubbish and recycling bins and the large gathering of gangs at this part of the Thirty Acres, calls on the Chief Executive to take immediate action to address the issue of security, including CCTV, access and public lighting at this location.
