"That the Manager give a report on the strip of land between 107 Dodder Park Road and the Roman Arch. The area was partially cleaned up earlier in the year by the Council but more work works need to be done to clean up the green area
- The railings need to be painted
- The block wall in the laneway could be raised by two blocks to stop fly tipping.
- Under the trees there are broken branches with rubbish entwined needing to be removed.
- The green area is next to the Roman Arch which is a protected structure and should be showpiece of South Dublin County Council."
"That the Parks Department design a plan for a footpath for the open space at Orlagh Grove as agreed with previous Managers and for this design to be brought to the Committee."
"That the Manager arranges for tree pruning/surgery to be undertaken on the huge Willow tree in the vicinity of 15 Knockaire, Knocklyon due to the considerable debris caused locally by the tree, surface water issues and is a concern to local Residents who have, allegedly, received little satisfaction from Council officials."

"That the Manager give a report on what measures are to be put in place to combat illegal parking when motorists are attending Whitechurch Library due to the temporary closure of Ballyroan Library. There is already illegal parking at and near Moyville Lawn at present. There is a need for some temporary parking spaces near the Library to deter illegal parking in the future."
"That the Committee registers its disappointment and annoyance with Dublin Bus, despite assurances regarding public consultation and information, that it proceeded without consultation with public representatives with changes to the bus schedules affecting the Whitechurch/Ballyboden areas.
