"To ask the Manager what is the current situation regarding housing lists and how many houses will be available in the Tallaght South ward for letting to applicants seeking homes?"

"Would the Manager make a report regarding the levels of rents paid by this Council to landlords in the Tallaght area under the RAS scheme and would he indicate if recognition is given to the increased level of rents in the private rental sector and detail how the Council is responding to these increases ?"

That the Manager indicates the number of homes in need of window replacement in the Tallaght South area, giving a breakdown of numbers falling within each grade, an average wait period for the replacement of windows within in each grade once a grade has been awarded and that the Manager makes a statement on the matter.

"Can the Manager arrange the removal of debris left at the entrance to Belgard Heights(Cookstown Rd) following the pruning of boundary hedges/trees?"

"To ask the Manager to inspect the fitness equipment in Beechfield Park, Dublin 12 with a view to carrying out any necessary repairs, and to make a statement on the matter.?"

"To ask the Manager for a progress report on the development of the additional allotments at Bohernabreena, and can he indicate when these will be fully prepared and available for allocation. Can he also indicate the extent of works to be carried out on the individual plots eg ground preparation etc.?"

"Following on from my question in January and previous motions before that, will the Manager indicate when the Council will start the works required to make safe for pedestrians and wheelchair users the ground at the junction of the footpath leading to Castletymon Shopping Centre from St Aongus Estate.This matter is ongoing since 2009, since the completion of the infill housing. Can the Manager also indicate if my request for the "desire line" across the green opposite numbers 38 to 36 St Aongus Crescent to be closed off pending completion of works, will be implemented? "

That SDCC install a much needed walkway on the grass verge between The Dale and The Crescent, Kingswood Heights to further improve easy access for residents to local amenities.

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to inspect Trees at No's 90/91 Killinarden Estate and 95 Killinarden Estate. Residents at these locations are fearful of the stability of the Trees as a result of their size and age and the very close proximity to the houses concerned. There is also a concern that the roots are damaging the footpaths and a shore at No 90. That these trees be removed as requested by the concerned residents".

Can the Manager provide a schedule for the application of Anti-Dog Fouling Stencils within the Tallaght area and agree to a request for these to be installed in the Belgard Heights, Kingswood area?"

"To ask the Manager to outline all charges applicable to the purchase of a gravespace at Bohernabreena Cemetary, including headstone permits, grave opening etc, and can he further clarify if there is a charge for opening the gates of the cemetary?"

"To ask the Manager to provide an update on the carrying out of the Dublin 12 Laneway Cleansing Programme so far in 2014, and to affirm the commitment of the Council to continuing to ensure clean, tidy and well-maintained laneways in the Dublin 12 part of this County in the time ahead?"
