To ask the Manager to have the laneway between Anne Devlin Road and Anne Devlin Drive cleared of the weeds growing on old leaves. The laneway does seem to be on any cleaning schedule by the Council.
"This Area Committee calls on the Manager to prioritise the inclusion of Montpelier Estate in the list of potential sites for CCTV deployment in response to persistent illegal dumping, as previously raised through the (TAC). Given the ongoing environmental and public health concerns, and in light of the Council's acknowledgment that this location is under consideration, this Committee requests a timeline for when Montpelier Estate's Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) will be completed, when the site will be reviewed by the CCTV Oversight Board, and when a final decision can be expected. The Committee further calls for a report on the less intrusive measures already attempted at this location, in line with the Code of Practice, and for this issue to remain a standing agenda item until resolved?"

That this Area Committee agrees by writing to Bus Éireann, that Bus Éireann should allow pupils who availed of their school transport system to access the temporary building for Rathcoole Educate Together Primary School in City West, to also be able to avail of Bus Eireann school transport to attend their new school temporary building for 2025-2026 which is in Newcastle, Co. That this committee calls on the manager to repair the electric gates at the Limekilin entrance to Tymon Park as soon as possible. The gates have been broken for some time now and as a result the park has become an area for illegal dumping all around the bottle/ clothing banks.
