That the Chief Executive write to Irish Water to request they undertake an underground survey of waste water pipes in the vicinity of houses 78 - 102 The Coppice, Woodfarm Acres Estate, Palmerstown. The purpose of the survey should be to ascertain the condition of the pipes and any misconnections present with a view to reducing the foul sewage and flooding issues experienced by residents.

To ask the Chief Executive If any contact has taken place between this Council and Fingal County Council on progressing the preservation and restoration of the Silver Bridge since the recent Government Grant to Fingal County Council for securing the Bridge as the feasibility study was funded through the 300K Have Your Say indicating that the people of this County are deeply interested in the restoration of the Bridge, that the Chief Executive make a statement on the situation and that a discussion take place
To call on the Chief Executive to provide a timetable for finally completing the outstanding footpath repairs from the 2020 Footpath Repairs Programme, given the number of previous commitment to have this work completed, and to provide an update on the 2021 repair programme.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the progress of installing the three promised litter bins on Collinstown Road, as previously committed to, and if one of these bins could be placed in proximity to Collinstown Park.
To ask the Chief Executive as to when remediation and treatment works will be undertaken on the ivy and overgrowth on the Palmerstown Woods side of the boundary between Palmerstown Woods and Moorfield estate, given the concerns expressed by residents there.
That the Chief Executive reports on the closing times of all car parks accessing playing pitches in this Area Committee zone at various times of the year; to outline the number of current keyholders for gates currently on the books; and, in light of ongoing complaints that access to parking at training times is not long enough and that parents of children training or playing games who are unable to walk or cycle end up parking out on verges or blocking roadways, to outline whether improvements are planned in the coming months and in particular for the summer period which can be manic at certain locations.
