To ask the Chief Executive on the progress being made to achieve resolution regarding the breached boundary between Mount Andrew and St Edmunds
That this committee expresses concern in relation the provision of public dental services for residents living in the Palmerstown area, given concerns expressed about appointment waiting times in neighbouring towns; and also requests the HSE to take a proactive approach in promoting Palmerstown as a suitable location for a new private practice, given that there are a number of buildings ideal for such a service.

That this Committee expresses concern at the delay in the appointment of a new public health nurse covering parts of Lucan and Adamstown and the fact that this is causing serious concern for parents not least in terms of assessing development milestones; and to further emphasise the urgent need to open a public healthcare facility within the Adamstown SDZ as previously communicated by members.

To ask the Chief Executive for an update in the investigation into the wall repair opposite the Maxol and the assessment of other areas; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
To ask the Chief Executive if there is any finalised report or new correspondence received in relation to the opening between Mount Andrew and St Edmunds; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
That the Chief Executive looks at access to Griffeen Valley Park in a holistic way and, in line with a helpful suggestion from a local resident: - finds alternatives to kissing gates in at least some key locations around Griffeen Valley Park to facilitate access to all to the park, beginning in areas where scramblers and mopeds have not been identified as a recurring problem, rather than mobility users, buggy pushers and cyclists having to request specific local access, and especially as such gates could be considered "hostile architecture" as per the Mayor's motion passed recently; - Opens car parks early enough to facilitate school drop-offs.
That the Chief Executive provides a definitive and hopefully positive response regarding the continuation of a Naíonra and afterschool in the refurbished leisure centre as requested on multiple occasions by myself and a number of other elected reps, as well as clarification for other previously requested clubs, given that the tender process has advanced; and, noting that a timescale for the completion of the swimming pool was not given as requested last month, to provide an update to members on the likely opening date of both facilities and reopening of the car park, given the huge inconvenience being experienced by users and by residents of Ash Park.
To ask the Chief Executive when footpath repairs are scheduled to take place in Palmerstown Avenue and in particular what the timescale would be outside (address Provided) as three holes were filled in outside this house's front wall many years ago and are currently in a terrible state?
That the Council agrees to tidy up the area at the gate adjacent to The Park, Grange Manor, including widening footpaths narrowed by overgrowth, trimming nettles near pedestrians in the vicinity of the gateway and hedging bordering the estate, as children playing are unable to retrieve balls at this location in Griffeen Park if they kick it over from playing ball on the road in the estate; to clarify if this is a designated "managed for wildlife area" or if a small section of grass could be cut shorter for children to kick ball at this location; and if a statement can be made on the Council's overall policy in relation to this section of the park.

That the Chief Executive, following on from an investigation that found blockages in both a foul gully and a surface water gulley at address to the rear of (Address Provided) to which an outlet pipe from a utility room flows, takes action to ensure that water no longer pools in the laneway behind houses listed in Arthur Griffith Park Lucan (272/273/274 and adacent), which is exacerbated following heavy rainfall. This issue did not arise when water from the rainfall was able to flow into an adjacent ditch and the Council needs to find a way to divert the water, irrespective of whatever obligation rests with the owner of the property concerned, as it is causing problems for residents living in a number of dwellings in AGP.
That the manager resurface the pedestrian pathway (directly facing Scoil Mhuire N.S) that provides safe access for residents across the green in Airlie Heights, Lucan.

This committee asks for clarification on the process for the newly managed Lucan Community Centre in regards to the agreed housing of the Esker Boxing club within these facilities, which was campaigned for and welcomed by all. Members ask how can the long-time upstanding tenants Naionra/Afterschool be accommodated in the same way. Given all the previous motions and requests made by various people over the last year, the question as put above is now been asked of local councillors.
To ask Chief Executive for an updated reported on the landownership matter at site for Griffeen Community College and to advise if this issue has in any way impacted the planning process for the school build.
This Council requests the Chief Executive to report to members on when the Kishoge railway station is due to open. To ask that the report includes the background to when and why this was built in 2009, it's purpose at that time and while it's part of the SDZ the motion seeks to open this station prior to the agreed phasing element as we are already seeing the demand and necessity for alternative transport for the area and having train station service in place opened and ready for use before new residents are housed in the developments to ensure there will be less of a need to acquire a car.
That this Council agrees to write to An Bord Pléanala, to the Minister of Housing Darragh O'Brien Minister of State Peter Burke with special responsibility for Planning, Local Government and Heritage to request a change in legislation to allow for pause on planning application decisions related to ongoing and future private large development within the proposed City Edge Redevelopment areas. A recent report provided to members in relation to this project, the largest new town in the whole of Europe referenced the challenges being presented to project development during this incredibly period of time. The question must be asked whether the state and local government are responsible for planning of new sustainable communities or whether we will continue to outsource this to private developers, whose only interest is in relation to their own site and their bottom line.
This committees ask that Chief Executive confirms what is deemed open for consideration in Part V planning applications. At last months meeting a discussion on providing opportunities to build IL into Lucan area are challenging and it would appear now that we are heavily reliant on designing IL into Part v as a way of providing IL for the area. This question seeks clarification on whether IL can be part of a Part V.
This committee seeks an update on the agreed motion passed previously in regard to carrying out an audit in the Adamstown area to ascertain the need for extending the Adamstown Community Centre to facilitate a Youth Cafe/Centre. Given the continued growth in the area in the young population and with the continuation of planned developments including the part8 development at Balgaddy and Foxborough area this committee requests the Chief Executive to examine the possibility of designing a new youth centre next to the Careline centre (opposite Kishoge CC) as this would be in keeping with the services already existing here and would be easily populated with the young citizens of the area.
To ask the manager for a further update on the situation with regards to the reopening of the Lucan Leisure Centre and any relevant and helpful information that can be offered with regards to addressing the growing concerns of both the staff and parents of the many children relying on the essential and affordable service rates offered by the Naíonra Mháirín in resecuring their original tenancy.
