"To ask the Chief Executive if there is any impediment to the management company of Thornfield Square (S00A/0574) installing a fob system for pedestrian access to the complex from the gate to the Ninth Lock Road? The management company would like to restrict access to the complex from the Ninth Lock Road from between 5pm and 8am to residents.
