In this the 50th anniversary of Bloody Sunday in Derry, this Council expresses its total opposition to the British government's proposed 'amnesty' which would see an end to any further inquiries, investigations and prosecutions of members of British forces for their actions during the conflict in Ireland. The Council will write to the British ambassador to convey its view.

"Can management update on recent works to create pathways, as highlighted by The Friends of Tymon Park volunteer group, in Tymon Park at the forest area near the National Basketball Arena and at the M50 perimeter hedgerows? Could a full public realm and design review be carried out in Main Street, Main RD, Old & New Greenhills, Old Blessington Road, High Street and the Old Bawn Road in Tallaght Village to assess Potential Visual & Layout improvements to the public realm to create a clear, high quality designed area for the traditional village. Street furniture audit - there are multiple and clashing street lights, bins and bollards accross the village area and it detracts from the village identity
