(A) Letter dated 26th May, 2005 from Bus Átha Cliath regarding a question passed on 23rd May, 2005 in relation to the development of the bus services to the general Aylesbury and Kiltipper areas to Tallaght.
(B) Letter dated 27th May, 2005 from the Office of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform regarding a question passed on 25th April, 2005 in relation to a new Garda Station for Tallaght West.

"To ask the Manager what action, if any, is being taken in regard to the developers that are currently building on the Greenhills Road extension as they are continuously blocking the footpath, which are now in a terrible state of repair and pedestrians are not able to access this part of the village and will he make a statement on the matter?"

"That this Committee supports that a full traffic assessment be carried out at the junction of the Old Bawn Road and Firhouse Road. In light of the traffic calming measures to be carried out in surrounding cells, the Committee further supports the implementation of a more efficient traffic flow sequence at this junction."

"To ask the Manager to outline in specific geographical detail the existing zonings present at Cookstown Industrial Estate (the area surrounding and incorporating Belgard Motors), the history of such zonings at this location and any proposals to change the existing zonings?"

"That this Committee calls on the Manager to have expedited as a matter of urgency the transfer of a plot of land adjacent to *details supplied *(15 Watermill Grove, Old Bawn, Tallaght, Dublin 24), from Kilnamanagh Estates to South Dublin County Council and will the Manager note that this plot of land was first dedicated to the then Council over thirty years ago and is the focus of severe anti-social activity and will the Manager make a statement on the numerous issues raised within this motion."

To ask the Manager to have arranged a tidying up of the grass incursion at the footpath at *details supplied as this footpath is used by a large number of senior citizens residing in the immediate estate and becomes quite dangerous for pedestrians when the footpath is wet and slippery?

"To ask the Manager to repair, as soon as possible, the two large potholes on Kiltipper Road, close to the entrance of Phase 5 of Ellensborough, and that this matter might be resolved as soon as possible?"

"To ask the Manager if consideration would be given to the establishment of a pedestrian crossing close to the pedestrian access on to Belgard Road from Garrynisk in Kingswood Heights, as a means of accessing the Luas Station in Belgard, and given the large number of pedestrians who use this Station from residences adjoining Belgard Road in Kingswood Heights, if he would consider other measures to help pedestrian safety as they cross the Belgard Road at this dangerous junction and if he would make a statement on the matter?"
