"That this committee recommends that we proceed with phase one of the Ballyboden Village plan in order to ensure the coordinated development of the new road at Taylors lane with the proposed village plan, particularly mindful of the fact that if this road is delayed the €3m funding could be lost to this Council, and to agree a phase two plan to include the wider Ballyboden area as recommended after the adoption of SLO 93.
