To ask the Manager to state the total number of planning decisions taken by South Dublin County Council in recent years, where a condition or conditions of such decisions require the establishment of a management company to provide and maintain basic services in new residential areas, why it is that South Dublin County Council are demanding that in new residential areas where houses exist as against apartments, that management companies be established, and if he will make a statement on the matter?
