"That this Committee discuss with the aid of a report on the meeting that it was agreed by this Committee would be arranged between the residents of 218-231 Grange Road Road and Priory Estate residents association in order to agree/ascertain how this access is going to be progressed, (b) that we set a date for a full decision of the committee on this longstanding issue.

To state how and when this is going to be addressed. "
