"That this committee discuss the Willbrook Lawn open space ‘saga’ as this problem is taking ages to sort. It is only a small area and not a large development and the whole process is portraying incompetence and or arrogance in the chief state solicitor office to South Dublin County Council, and to discuss what further action can be taken to process this."
