To ask the Manager for a report on the current level, type of action taken by the Council regarding anti social activity in Waterstown Park and if Management will liaise with the Gardai in the enforcement of the bye law that prohibits the consumption of alcohol in public places and to inform the meeting on the number of prosecutions that have taken place to date for this offence in Waterstown Park.

To ask the Manger who is responsible for the maintenance and cutting of the grass verges along the N4 from the M50 to the Spa Hotel; if it is the Council would the Manager agree to implement a programme of maintenace work, and if he will in particular examine the situation on the western side of the Bus Stop at the footbridge adjacent to Mount Andrew Estate, where the pedestrian route, including for passengers alighting from buses, is muddy and slippy and a possible hazard?
