To ask the Manager to report in detail on the up-to-date proposed use of the fenced-off vacant land adjacent to Gaelscoil Naomh Padraig, Lucan? As per my previous representations, this small piece of land could be put to good community/school purposes since the proposed road link through this land never materialised.

To ask the Manager to agree to write to the Broadband service providers for the Lucan and Palmerstown areas and request up-to-date and detailed information, on an area by area basis, on what improvements there have been on Broadband penetration in Lucan and Palmerstown in the last year as part of my regular representations on this very important matter. In addition would the Manager request from the Broadband services providers details as to which areas, street, roads etc., in Lucan and Palmerstown, are still not being provided with Broadband, why is this the case, and when will these areas be provided with the Broadband service.

To ask the Manager to agree to again write to the Minister for Education and Science, requesting the Minister to give more definite and helpful information regarding the unacceptable delays in the provision of a new site for St. Andrew's National School. Would the Minister at least give a time-frame to identify a site for St. Andrew's?

To ask the Manager can he press the Gardaí to remove a red van parked in Cappaghmore Estate?  It is an eyesore and because the insurance discs are valid, the Gardaí cannot remove it?  This is an accident waiting to happen also, as ambulances drive around this corner which is tight enough.   I believe that the Gardaí are standing aside and letting 1 owner of 1 van be a nuisance to the residents who have lived there for the past 25 years or more.

To ask the Manager to agree to liaise with the Road's Department on the subject of the ESB correspondence as per the September '08 Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee 1, which was a reply the Council's correspondence to the ESB, following the Passing of my Motion at the June '08 Lucan/Clondalkin Area Committee 1, with a view to requesting the Road's Department to organise a briefing with Lucan Councillors to discuss in detail our request for underground cabling to replace the overhead power lines in Lucan Village and estates?
