a) Proposed Disposal of Affordable Dwellings
b) Proposed lease of site at Killinarden Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 to Croí Ró Naofa GAA Club for provision of changing room facilities.
That this Committee recommends that a drop off point be created on the grassy area outside Aras Chronain on Watery Lane, Clondalkin for Scoil na Camoige.
"To ask the Manager to request the relevant telephone company to remove from Tallaght village the remains of the public-telephone, located outside Ulster Bank Ltd.?"
To congratulate and thank the Community Department on their very successful coordination of the Lucan Community Festival 2009 and to ask the Manager to ensure continued council support for this event in future years?
To ask the Manager was there a problem with the quality of the water supply to Castle Close, Clondalkin on 6, 7 or 8 October last and could she give an explanation as to why a lorry container was drawing water from a hydrant there on one of those days?
To ask the Manager if he will make a report outlining the services/resources/events provided by the Council's Libraries in Lucan and Clondalkin to assist persons on the Live Register/ seeking employment, such as Internet access, IT training etc.?

To ask the Manager if he will make a report on the meeting scheduled for 22nd September 2009, between Community Department officials and the developer of the Shopping Centre in Palmerstown, to progress the completion of the Community Centre so that it can be made available to residents?

That the elected members of the Tallaght Area Committee request that the Corporate Services Dept., write to the Minister for Health, Ms. Harney and express our opposition to the proposed closure of the Childrens Hospital, Tallaght, as outlined in the renewed Programme for Government, of last week. In addition we seek the support of all elected members of South Dublin Co., Council, for this motion.
