That the owner be obliged to keep the footpath outside his shop free of merchandise at Main Street, Clondalkin as the situation is untenable, and that the usual answer of "might cause problems for other shopkeepers" is not acceptable. I have received continuous complaints regarding this premises and this Council is duty bound to act.
