This Committee, concerned at the noise pollution thought to be coming from smokers and others at the Plaza Hotel and the effect this is clearly having on local residents in Westpark Estate particularly at weekends, calls on the Manager to investigate the noise levels with a view to taking action possibly with other agencies to alleviate this issue.
That this Committee calls on the manager to giver further resources to the litter warden and inspection services in and around Quarryvale, Clondalkin. To seek out the many areas have become locations for fly tipping over recent times, particularly the areas around the shops in Quarryvale, the Quarryvale Community Centre and St Bernadette's School, Clondalkin and to install CCTV cameras at these points to monitor illegal dumping.
To ask the Gardaí in Clondalkin if there has been a rise in cases of members of the public being pick pocketed in the vicinity of Neilstown shops.
