That this Committee requests the Manager to make a report regarding the sale of Bishops Field in Tymon North to the HSE. Is the sale completed, has the Council received any monies from the HSE regarding this sale and if not, has the site now returned to Council ownership and will the Council make the site accessable to Community Groups for the provision of Community services, as was the original purpose of the site.
That the Manager provides a status report to this Committee on the matter of unmaintained and unsupervised open space to the rear and side of houses in Kilmartin Estate in Fettercairn.

Would the Manager also report to this Committee if the original Contractor has any obligation to redress this problem.
