That this Committee calls on the Manager to declare the site, on the Mayberry Road, located just past the Maxol Service Station, derelict, as the owners have consistently failed to keep this site in a safe and reasonable condition. The site is completely overgrown and is a blight on the surrounding areas. The other green areas on Mayberry Road are very well maintained by the Residents Assocation and this site takes away from their good work.
