"That this Area Committee requests the Roads Dept.,  in partnership with the Parks Dept. to conduct a single comprehensive review of damaged verges and footpaths at Esker Drive and the entrance stretch of road to Canonbrook Avenue, with a view to both identifying and implementing necessary repair works (so as to eliminate trip hazards and restore grassed areas) and to further examine the potential benefit of installing bollards to prevent future damage, thereby reducing the future costs to the Council in line with the objectives of the Council's public realm initiative."

"That the Council write to An Garda Siochana requesting that the 3 Tonne restriction on Kennelsfort Road be enforced and that a discussion take place on what other options are open to the Council to restrict heavy goods traffic on this road and that Management explain what advantages will accrue from the imposition of the proposed (EU) new heavy vehicle restrictions and when are they  likely to be enforceable as residents express a high level offrustraon at the inability of "the powers that be" to respond to their request that lheavy vehicles be restriced on this residential road."

That this Committee discusses the appropriateness of Estate agents using private rented properties to advertise their business given the negative impact and transient impression this can give of entire housing estates and communities and considers proposing a voluntary code of conduct to estate agents managing and letting residential properties in the Tallaght area.
