1. Clearance of briars and weeds and litter.

2. Green areas to be covered with bark mulch to stop further growth.

3. The owner of the yard next to the footpath to be contacted to remove dangerous and ugly wire fence and fence supports.

4. The owner to straighten and secure palisade fence at the top of the footpath."

"To ask the Manager to clarify why (a) a reduced speed limit is not possible to establish within residential areas and estate in the county and (b) could a Res Assoc, such as Prospect Manor, for example, on behalf of the people living in their estate, request that a reduced speed limit be introduced into their own estate exclusively e.g 30km/h speed limit?"
