The attached correspondence dated 13th November 2013, is the response from the NRA to the petition requesting the opening of Esker Lane left only exit onto the N4.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate what steps can be taken to ensure that the owners of the Burmah garage take active responsibility for it and maintain it to a standard that does not impact negatively on the local community. As things stand at the moment the two cottages on the site have a signifecent amount of graffiti on them and the gardens are overgrown and full of rubbish.
