When will the regulations come into operation, how will business owners in the Clondalkin area be notified of their responsibilities and how will the regulations be enforced.

This Committee supports the Ciaran Carr Foundation in it's efforts to make Clondalkin a heart friendly village. They wish to place defibrillators at various premises around the village with signage to publicise their availability.  The group will fund the signage.   Could the Manager present a report on how they should proceed in relation to the signage.
