"That the Chief Executive undertakes to fix the sewerage situation in Boden Park. Raw sewerage is seeping onto the driveways of houses and the ongoing issue is now attracting rats. Residents have been given previous assurances, but the problem persists."
"To ask the Chief Executive if there is provision for clean up and maintenance supports to be extended to residents in the Grange Road area (Hermitage Estate, Eden Estate and The Priory in particular) in the South Dublin County Council area who will be directly affected by traffic and pedestrian footfall and noise disturbances because of the Marley Park concerts hosted by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council this summer?"

That the Chief Executive undertakes to deal with the rat holes on the Main Green space in the Woodlawn Park Grove Estate. As the weather gets better there are children playing in this area and there are now three rat holes which is obviously causing concern for parents from a health and safety point of view.
That the Chief Executive please give an update on all the Motions passed since last September to see what actions have been taken.
"Following ongoing discussions of the lack of youth facilities in the Lucan Area, to call on the Chief Executive to examine the possibility of a Multi Use Games Area as a facility to compliment the Play Space and Capital Programme in the areas deemed appropriate."
"That this Lucan Area Committee call on the Chief Executive that he would request in the design, similar to Cork County Council, who received part funding from Dept of Children and Youth affairs, that we explore the possibility of the installation of a wheelchair swing in Griffeen Valley Regional Playground. Please find images attached. I feel this would be beneficial and a welcome addition to our community that would ensure greater enjoyment to all visitors of the park. Similarly in the design, to ensure sensory and inclusive play materials to be a fundamental aspect of the project going forward making our playgrounds more accessible to all."
Rathcoole Park – Dogs off leash arrangements
That horse and rider signs are erected in the area around the Hell Fire Club/Massey Wood and Gunny hill.
"That the Roads and Parks Department presents a report on prospective sites for the much needed car park to service Rathcoole Park, as agreed at the March ACM"
This Council calls on the Taoiseach for an immediate full Judicial enquiry into Garda allegations that there was political interference, by ordering that the chief suspect in the Murder of Mary Boyle, (Ireland’s youngest missing person) not to be arrested. Additionally, that all those that withheld information be summoned to this enquiry to give evidence & immediate action taken for those to be held to account.
