“That this Area Committee, noting the recently convened meeting between representatives of Lucan United Football Club and the Airlie Heights Residents Action Group (“the action group”) , and further noting the responses of Lucan United Football Club to queries raised by the action group, calls on the Manager to clarify the outstanding issues arising from the meeting including but not limited to:-

  1. The location of the proposed car park and proposed access and egress points to the said car park

  2. The use or otherwise of the all- weather pitch facility by groups or individuals other than Lucan United Football Club

  3. The proposal to plant trees around the entire perimeter of the all- weather pitch facility
