"This committee agrees that a much improved transportation infra structure needs to be in place to service the proposed large housing development at Grange Castle / Corkagh on the outer ring road. This infrastructure should include improved bus service to the city centre and comprehensive bus links to the Luas stations at nearby citywest/ saggart and to the railway line at Kishogue and/ or Clondalkin station. That this improved transport infra structure should be cooperfastened as a pre requisite for planning of such a large scale development."
