"That the Chief Executive clarify what is the current policy with regard to the provision of defibrillators in the community centres, libraries etc in the Lucan and Palmerstown area and to further discuss if defibrillator signage could be installed at these locations."

"That the Chief Executive investigate if locations could be identified in the Lucan area for the provision of a Multi Use Games/Sports Area as part of the study to be carried out in 2017, also given that the following areas Adamstown / Paddocks and Newcastle road are in close proximity could the provision of a youth café be considered for this area as it has been identified as key area and would help integrate children from different ethnics and backgrounds."
