That this Area Committee writes to the relevant Minister to request that insulation in the form of wrapping attached to the outside of a dwelling is made exempt from planning and development permission for all relevant dwellings in the Clondalkin, Newcastle, Rathcoole, Saggart and Brittas area.

That this Area Committee asks that the manager agrees to install toilets, facilities and pavilions at Rathcoole Park.
This Committee notes the significant number of damaged bicycle bollards along Wellington Lane through to Wellington Road in Templeogue. Therefore this Committee requests action be taken to repair damaged bollards both from a road safety and aesthetics perspective.
"This area committee notes the increase in anti social behaviour and scrambler use in Lanndale park which is affecting the residents of surrounding estates but particularly Lanndale Lawns. Therefore, this AC calls on the manager to replace the broken bollards at Lanndale Lawns onto Lanndale park and review the placement of the footpath coming from the park to the Lawns, it is a massive blind spot which scramblers and scooters approach at high speed posing a safety risk to residents?"
This Council seeks memorandums of understanding with external bodies such as the ESB and NTA, to ensure that graffiti is removed by a certain timeframe, and those bodies take the issue of graffiti removal seriously and commit to providing resources to address graffiti.
