Amend section 2.9.9 at page 74 under heading Waste Management and Recycling Facilities by inserting the following sentence at paragraph 6 "where such bring bank facilities are located within the development they will incorporate CCTV and/or devices to deter illegal dumping at the facilities"
Amend Table 4.3 to include Planning and commencement of works at Griffeen Valley Park Extension or Barony Park (North & South) in accordance with the prepared and agreed strategic Parks and Landscape Strategy
Section 2.12.2 to be amended under heading Architectural Heritage by insertion of the following sentence where possible in preserving the architectural integrity of the Omer Lock House that a heritage centre be located on or close to the site of the Lock House to act as a centre for the promotion of the heritage, architectural and archaeological history of the Lucan and Clondalkin areas

Amend section 2.8.10 at page 63 by insertion of the following sentence at paragraph 5 of heading Car Parking “ and where paid on street parking is provided the said parking scheme will mirror those currently operating in the South Dublin County Council area and will for a period of at least 5 years after commencement be operated by South Dublin Count Council and/or An Garda Siochana and shall not be outsourced to a private operator”
That Lucan Pitch & Putt Club will be unaffected by the development. Amend section 2.7.3
Section 2.1.6 to be amended at heading “Social Housing” by addition of the following line at bullet-point 3 “and no individual area of development or estate within the development shall have a concentration of social housing greater than the statutory requirement pursuant to Part V of The Planning & Development Act 2000 as amended”
That where requested it shall be a requirement to connect existing landowners to new mains water supply, foul water and surface water drainage. Amend section 2.9.2 and 2.9.3.
That Section 2.1.3 be amended to remove ‘betting office’ from the list of developments provided for in residential areas
That the draft plan be amended at Section 2.1.6 to include that South Dublin County Council will ensure an affordable housing scheme will be commenced at the commencement of Phase 1A of the development and that the said scheme will ensure that at least 20% of the residential units completed in the development will made available to first time purchasers under the scheme.
That Section 2.1.3 be amended to remove ‘nightclub’ from the list of developments provided for in residential areas
Any development adjoining or opposite to or immediate visible to an existing private residential development shall not have a build density any greater than the density of the said existing residential development
In advance of construction of any junction upgrade or upgrade or other works to be carried out on existing road infrastructure that this County Council be presented with modelling for options relating to the said upgrade of signalling and junction capacity
Any development adjoining or opposite to or immediate visible to an existing private residential development shall mirror the build height in that existing development Section 2.8.6 to be amended appropriately
In advance of construction of Phase 1A that this County Council be presented with modelling for options to upgrade signalling and junction capacity at Griffeen Avenue
