Motion
Meeting:

"To ask the Chief Executive to start the process of taking the walkway along the Owendoher on Edmonstown Road into the charge of SDCC.  This little strip of greenery and forest is beautiful, but in a bad state of disrepair. As a piece of public land in this county, there is an onus on us to keep it in good condition for public benefit."

"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on the trees that are adjacent to and overhang 2A Dodder Park Road, Rathfarnham?  During recent storms a large branch fell from one of these trees and damaged the guttering of no. 2A.  The resident, who has serious safety concerns, has been informed that the trees were inspected but, despite repeated requests, has never been provided with results of the inspection. Could these results be supplied?"

Motion
Meeting:
Submitted by:
Councillor P. Foley
Responsibility:
Leo Magee

"That this Area Committee requests that the recently redeveloped plaza at the castellated entrance to the old Graveyard on Rathfarnham Road is maintained regularly.  Residents are disappointed to see weeds taking over the raised beds. It would be a poor waste of resources if this area is not maintained to a high standard."
