That the Chief Executive considers, when the Parks Department vacates the depot at Rathfarnham Castle, incorporating the vacant depot as an overflow carpark accessed from the existing carpark in a sympathetic manner without affecting the existing structures, in view of the shortage of car parking spaces in Rathfarnham Village.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the provision of the feasibility study for the restoration of the Silver (Farmleigh) Bridge, to outline the next steps following the publication of this document; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
That the Chief Executive actively supports the initiative by the Young Social Innovators group in St Josephs's College and facilitates the provision of clearly labelled pilot recycling bin arrays (non-recyclable, dry recyclable and compostable waste) bins at the bus stops adjacent to the school entrance and at a suitable location near the village green in Lucan; to meet with a delegation of students if necessary to discuss such a rollout; and, if financing is an issue, to provide a breakdown of costs that allow the pilot to be carried out for a period of a year so that students can fundraise if necessary for the bins; and if a statement can be made on the matter.

To ask the Chief Executive for an update - as of today 24th March 2020 - on efforts to end the unauthorised occupation of the former temporary school site beside Foxborough estate; and if a statement can be made on the matter.
That the Chief Executive explains why no prosecutions appear to have issued, or attempted to be issued, in relation to the burning of materials (and dumping of materials into this site) on lands owned by the Council at the former temporary school site beside Foxborough, despite numerous complaints being made by residents - with the fire services being called on multiple occasions - and to clarify the cumulative cost to the Council of responding to calls and removing material from the site to date.

That this area committee asks the Chief Executive to seek feedback from local residents in relation to grass cutting in estates and in particular in relation to areas to be kept uncut to foster biodiversity.

Can the Chief Executive please provide an update on the Primary Care Centre development in Ballyboden? Can he please provide any details on a start date, on the number of pedestrian gates that will be erected and the locations of these gates?
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the installation of electronic gate at the entrance to Griffeen Valley Park at Hayden's Lane
That the Chief Executive outlines the actions it can take and is taking to address the recent fencing off of lands beside Lucan Newlands Road associated with the Brookvale development, including the taking in of the historic right of way, separate to the existing paved footpath and to reinstate this area back to allow public access, especially in light of the fact that SDCC was supposed to take the lands in charge following requirements from the developer being met, lands which Lucan Tidy Towns has maintained in a voluntary capacity over a period of many years; and if a statement can be made on the matter.

That this Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to amend the current parking scheme in Lucan village to allow for an exemption for persons attending the doctors surgery for medical appointments such exemption to be provided were persons attending the surgery display on their vehicles a parking ticket stamped by the doctors surgery confirming their attendance in the surgery.
Noting that the Dublin Fleadh Ceoil will take place in Lucan this year this area committee calls on the Chief Executive to outline what plans, if any, this Council has to support the event to ensure it is as successful as possible.

To ask the Chief Executive to update this area committee in relation to illegal encampment on the old school site adjacent to Foxborough estate following the recent court order directing those in occupation of the site to vacate it and to further outline steps that will be taken to cleanse and secure the site once it has been vacated.
