"To ask the Manager for a report on the frequency of inspections at business premises(primarily food outlets)within the Tallaght area, and furnish this committee with data of those deemed non-compliant for 2013?"

"To ask the Manager to arrange for the replacement or repair of the hoarding at a location in Dublin 12 (details provided) given the danger posed to pedestrians and others?"

"Could the Manager make a report regarding the Bottle banks on Avonbeg Road regarding any progress made in relationship to relocating them to a more suitable location?"

"To ask the Manager what responsibility do shop owners have with regards to litter disposed of near their premises?"

That this Committee supports the continuation of the Dublin 12 Laneway Cleaning Programme for 2014, as piloted in 2013.

"To ask the Manager to provide an update on the 2013-14 Arboricultural Programme, giving an indication on the level of progress made to date, the proportion of work remaining, and the projected finish date for the programme.?"

"To ask the Manager for an update on the provision of a dog run facility in Tymon Park, as previously supported by this Committee, and to make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager for an update on the provision of a bin inside Greenhills Park, as previously noted at this Committee, and to make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager who is responsible for the repair of the walkway at the rear of the shops at Kingswood?"

"Could the Manager please advise when remedial works will start on the junction of the concrete footpath at the laneway beside Castletymon Library and will he state if there is any intention of blocking off the "desire line" across the green opposite St Aongus Crescent to prevent any further accidents, before a new pathway is installed?"

"Given that there is now provision in the 2014 Budget, can the Manager indicate when work will commence on the new playground in Tymon Park?"
