That the Chief Executive set out, in step by step form, the procedure which must be followed by the residents of Otterbrook, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 in order to have their estate taken in charge, to include the conditions and procedures for holding a plebiscite, and any relevant paperwork which must be completed in order to have a plebiscite and effect the taking in charge

To ask the Chief Executive how many offers of houses have been made Month on Month for the past 6 months by bedroom size and how many offers have been refused.
To ask the Chief Executive to confirm what actions have been taken and planned to support businesses in our County who are impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19); will he understand the widespread concern in respect of the manner and will he make a statement.
To ask the Chief Executive to provide a detailed report on the planned maintenance programme that was agreed by members in April 2019 (Headed Item 11) and how much has been spent of the €10.75 million agreed including a breakdown of each heading of Window and Doors (€8.5 million), Painting (€750k), Safety works (€1m) and Balgaddy specific works (€500k)?

Ask the manager to give an update on the start date for works on the old coffee shop in Greenfort been made into two homes for families, and when are they likely to be completed?

It was agreed at previous meeting to further report on the issue in the motion raised (Motion 17 November ACM Item No 63938). Could the Chief Executive give further explanation as to how and why the building were demolished and what is the protocol in such matters when disposing of council owned property. Also report on the current buildings West of the R120 parallel to Lucan Sarsfield premises.
This committee requests that the Chief Executive write to GOOGLE pointing out that the people of the village of Palmerstown voted by plebiscite for the name “PALMERSTOWN” and that there is no such destination in this County as “PALMERSTON” that this is misleading and inaccurate and that they correct their maps accordingly.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update report on the proposal (2016 and since) that the Council engage with Palmerstown Community Council and the Liffey Valley Park Alliance with the objective of setting up on a pilot bases a “Friends of Waterstown Park” working group that would work alongside the Council to preserve, protect and develop this park to its potential in keeping with this Councils policy for this park.
Coolamber (Caslte View, Newcastle Rd.)
To ask Chief Executive to provide a report on the housing development in Coolamber, this development was acquired by AHB Respond last year and number discussions took place on the matter whereby considerations would be given in relation to an affordable scheme and providing units that would be of 'universal design'
