To ask the Chief Executive how many people are on the medical priority housing list who require wheel chair adapted properties can you break down by the length of time they are on the list. Is there supports available to these people in helping them find suitably adapted HAP properties while waiting to be housed
To ask the Chief Executive how many housing maintenance requests are currently outstanding which have been requested longer than 6 months, can you give details on how long requests have been awaiting completion eg number of queries outstanding grouped into 6 - 12 months since submitted 12 - 18 months since submitted etc.
"That this Committee calls on the next Government and Minister with responsibility for Drugs strategy to look at Irish legislation in relation to Laughing Gas cannisters. The Legislation says it is illegal to sell this substance for human consumption and it’s also illegal to consume it under the Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act 2010. However, because of its use in the catering industry, the gas can be purchased in large quantities with relative ease. We request that this is highlighted by South Dublin County Council as to the dangers of this substance on there social media accounts and through a press statement to media."
To ask the Chief Executive for a detailed report into a timeframe for the new County Development plan and to detail the stages and when Councillors can start submitting motions ? Also to outline the timeframe and stages in the development of the new plan ?
To ask the Chief Executive for a report into wheelchair bathroom facilities in community centres and Council owned building and is this the normal and policy of SDCC? Is this in the County Development plan ? Also to comment on Changing Places and what the plan is for to roll than out throughout the county?
To ask the Chief Executive for a report into how a Tree Preservation Order can be raised by a Councillor and also how a Councillor can get it into the County Development Plan?
To ask the Chief Executive to provide an updated report on the findings from the pilot scheme for the solar bins, initiated sometime ago.

To ask the Chief Executive how many local authority, wheelchair accessible homes will be coming on stream in the next twelve months, including a breakdown of bedroom numbers.
This Area Committee agrees that the areas in Tallaght being managed for biodiversity be increased, and ask that a report be compiled with suitable areas, including roundabouts and roadsides, not currently being managed for biodiversity marked out for consideration.
"That the Chief Executive prunes the bushes/briars at Rosebank/Nangor Road up to the M50 cross over. Also other locations:
Ninth Lock Road along Cappaghmore Estate (after the entrance, before the Neilstown Bridge).
Fonthill Road just before the roundabout at the train station to the train station.
Edge of the community centre up towards the Booth Road.
What resources are available from the Council to assist community development in Adamstown, what supports are available to local groups and what funding to groups or events or otherwise has been made available to the local community in Adamstown in the past year?
