To ask the Chief Executive for the average length of time for assessment of medical priority housing applications in 2025?
To ask for an update in relation to the Loreto Gate apartments at the junction of Nutgrove Avenue and the Grange Road, noting that they are still vacant months after completion
That this Council includes Rathfarnham Wood in the current tree replanting programme
That this Council implements an effective traffic management strategy to address and alleviate the chronic traffic congestion in the Rathfarnham/Templeogue/Knocklyon area including the reinstatement of left slip turns as necessary
That this Council considers dishing the footpaths in St. Enda's Park to assist residents, many of whom are elderly, to navigate access in and out of their homes, noting that the footpaths currently are in a very poor condition
That this Council considers an alternative location for the proposed screened bin store in the plans for the upgrade and extension of the Ballyroan Community and Youth Centre, to allow Ballyroan Mens Shed to retain their existing entrance and the use of the open space in front of it
That this Council furnishes more bins in the Rathfarnham Templeogue area, to encourage the binning of dog poo and to reduce general littering

To ask the Manager to have a survey of Glendoher Estate, Rathfarnham to include Glendoher Estate in the footpath repair programme. The concrete in the footpaths is breaking up and also there are a lot of lifted footpath sections. Could the Manager come back to this committee to inform us when the works would start.
