That this committee commends the ongoing and growing volunteerism by Adamstown Spring / Litter Cleaning Group and in acknowledging such, agrees to the placement of large planter/pots on the central divide on Adamstown Avenue between the stretch at Station Road and Castlegate Way junctions, ahead of the Summer.
MANAGERS REPORT - FOR NOTING
This committee asks that the Chief Executive introduce defibrillator signage, more of these machines are being introduced to the area as it continues to grow. And given we have been awarded tourist destination this would be ideal time to start introducing them.
To ask the CEO to confirm his continued efforts to facilitate cycling across our County and will he make a statement?
To ask the CEO to detail actions being taken to tackle the vacant sites and dereliction issue throughout the County and will he make a statement?
To ask the CEO to update members on his ongoing efforts to tackle the housing crisis; will he give details and make a statement?
To ask the CEO if he has studied the recently launched report "Living Our Rights"; if he proposes any actions in respect of the report and will he make a statement?
To ask the CEO to detail the number of Fines issued in 2022 in respect of matters relating to dogs and will he make a statement?
To ask the CEO to present an update on his actions in respect of the Relets programme; will he detail the number of boarded up houses in each Electoral area; will he give assurances that everything is being done to deal with the issue and make a statement?
This Council calls on the Chief Executive to agree to have the previous procedure for Elected Members for submitting representations and receiving replies for housing maintenance, retained through the existing members rep system.
To ask the Chief Executive if there is a regular schedule for the mobile library and if St Johns Drive, Greenpark and Cherrywood crescent are still locations for the service.

Update on Planning and Development Bill 2023
That the Chief Executive look at possible options for traffic calming in Wheatfield Drive such as ramps, signs and road markings. Cars are speeding through and making turns at high speeds causing a lot of concerns for parents with young children.

Its understood that the area would be re surfaced to facilitate an overflow car park and its been asked by members of the club to advise on the trees that were recently planted there.
