That the Council commits to immediately amending the current confusing and potentially dangerous positioning of the right turn arrow boxes at the busy school access entrance to Woodview and Airlie Heights, Lucan, off the Dodsboro Road, irrespective of where sensors were laid originally; or hopefully reports on works carried out since this motion was submitted some weeks prior; and if a statement can be made on the matter.

That this Area Committee agrees that the Council Management should establish a group involving An Gardaí, Councillors and other relevant stakeholders to develop a plan to address the rising levels of drug dealing and anti social behaviour in Corkagh Park, similar to the successful approach that was previously taken with St Cuthberts Park.

That this Area Committee agrees to ask the Council to upgrade the grounds of Knockmitten basketball court. The council has done a fine job on the Calisthenics bars in the park but the basketball court is an eyesore. The request to line out the three-point line and install some polyester netting instead of the chain net.
