To ask for an update on works being carried out at derelict Old Tanning Factory in Bohernabreena.
That this Council carries out necessary repairs to the road and footpaths on Main Street Rathfarnham as soon as possible after Uisce Eireann has completed its work as conditions are now hazardous and, in the interim, notifies the appropriate 3rd party of the need for the immediate repair of the service cover/utility cover as per attached photo
That this Council furnishes clarity on how long the upcoming works by Uisce Eireann on the Main Street, Rathfarnham Village will take, what impact the works will have on parking and traders, and what measures will be put in place to alleviate same
That the CEO look into the possibility of development of a Council owned enterprise centre in Lucan/Adamstown that could be rented by the Council to social enterprises, charities and NGOs that currently rent or seek to rent space in community centres for the purpose of offices for their staff and equipment, so as to free up additional space in community centres for flexible and the widest possible multi community use, and to ensure the planned Library/Civic building is not carved out for occupation and use by organisations for locating staff and equipment.
To ask the Chief Executive to advise when the Council intends to deliver the construction of bus stops on the Hazelhatch Road (R405), between the Grand Canal and Newcastle Village, to facilitate the operation of the W6 bus service without delay.

That this Area Committee agree to write to the NTA and/or TII to request a comprehensive review of peak-time capacity, scheduling, and branch balancing in light of the significant and well-documented population growth in the Citywest and Saggart corridor over recent years.
