To ask the Chief Executive to examine the public trees adjacent to (Address withheld) to examine their height and how appropriate these public trees are in a residential area, and to ask if new trees being planted in this estate will grow to a similar size or require less maintenance?
That this area committee asks the Chief Executive to examine the deterioration of the riverbank at the rear of properties between(Address provided) the riverbank has been deteriorating for some time following the collapse of gabions that were originally installed before 1994, and how such work could be done to restore the rear gardens of these properties, and prevent impact to other nearby properties?

To ask the Chief Executive to inspect the public footpath between (address provided) to repair any small potholes on the footpath, to examine if the kerbs may have sunk that separate this footpath from the public road, and if repairs might take place in 2024?
That following a number of years of tree removal on St. Patrick's Road, Greenhills, D12, with no replacement planting, the manager conducts an inspection in the first quarter of 2024, with a view to planting suitable new trees by year end, even if this is outside the current tree planting programme.
