"To ask the Manager to consider the installation of one or two traffic platforms on the middle section of St.Patricks Road in Greenhills to prevent speeding from the existing ramp to the other ramps on the road and if he would also ensure that reflective markings or cats eyes are now placed on the two existing ramps on the road as a means of highlighting their presence to oncoming traffic and if he will make a statement on the matter?"
